  • Where is your office located?
    Our office is located in Edinburg, Texas, at 702 W. University Drive. For directions, visit our "Contact Us" page for Google Map directions. We are about a block southeast of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) conveniently located on University Drive also known as Business Highway 107.
  • What are your office hours?
    We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Please note that we are closed on major holidays. We do have a phone service that is available to take messages, so we can assist you after-hours, weekends or holidays.
  • Do you see children and adults?
    Yes, we are a family practice and provide care for children ages 5 years old and above, adults and seniors.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    You can schedule an appointment by calling our office or using the "Contact Us" form on our website. Please provide your preferred date and time, we will confirm your appointment.
  • Do you accept walk-in appointments?
    Yes, we are happy to accommodate walk-in patients; however, patients with scheduled appointments will be given priority. Walk-ins will be seen as soon as possible based on availability. For urgent concerns, please call our office, and we will do our best to assist you promptly.
  • Can I request a same-day appointment?
    We understand that urgent situations arise, and we will do our best to accommodate same-day appointment requests. However, patients with scheduled appointments will be given priority, and same-day appointments or walk-ins will be seen based on availability. We recommend calling our office early in the day to improve the likelihood of securing same-day slot.
  • What should I bring to my appointment?
    Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications, and any relevant medical records.
  • Do you accept my insurance?
    We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office or check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.
  • What payment methods to you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and most major insurance plans. For self-pay patients, payment is due at the time of service.
  • Can I get an estimate of my out-of-pocket costs?
    Yes, our office can provide an estimate based on your insurance benefits. Contact us for more details.
  • What types of services do you provide?
    We offer comprehensive family care, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, women's health, and preventative health screenings. Visit our services page to learn more or contact us directly if you have any specific needs.
  • Do you provide telemedicine visits?
    Yes, telemedicine appointments are available for certain conditions. Please call our office to find out if your concern qualifies for a virtual visit.
  • Do you offer immunizations or vaccinations?
    No, we do not provide Immunizations or vaccinations at this time.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?
    Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
  • How do I request my medical records?
    You can request your medical records by contacting our office. A signed release form may be required.
  • How do I request a prescription refill?
    Prescription refills can be requested through your pharmacy or by calling our office during regular business hours.
  • Can I get test results over the phone?
    We believe it is important to discuss test results in person during a visit, as this allows us to have a more thorough discussion. This ensures you have the opportunity to ask important questions and fully understand the results. It also provides a chance to immediately address any next steps or treatment options, ensuring you feel informed and supported in your care.
